About the event

Roll up your sleeves with herbalist Melonie Sherman, and tap into the power of plants for immune system support with this hands-on exploration of fire cider making.

Participants will learn the ingredients and process of making this traditional herbal remedy, and leave with their own jar of Fire Cider starter. The workshop includes all of the ingredients, materials, and instruction you'll need to craft a jar, and tips on incorporating herbal remedies into your daily life. Perfect for beginners and budding herbalists age 12 and up who want to explore the art of herb crafting in a fun, community setting!

Crafting America is a workshop series that focuses on practicing traditional skills in a modern way, keeping the art of cooking, needlepoint, lettering, and other folk arts alive! Be sure to follow our social media and subscribe to our emails to learn about our events before they go live!
