Ever wanted to look at the stars mid day? Join us for a Solar Star Party on August 23rd from 1pm-4pm! Admission is free, bring a chair or blanket to spend a sunny afternoon at Marble Springs State Historic Site.
Knoxville Observers will be bringing 4-5 telescopes for visitors to see some objects in a new light! Weather you are an astronomy buff or just curious, this event is the perfect way to connect with the universe. Ask the knowledgeable group about all things astronomy, they also have some wonderful photos from previous events!
Admission is FREE and open to all ages. We hope to see everyone out on a beautiful, clear, Saturday afternoon!
