About the event

Join us for another installment of our Hearth & Timber: Experiences of the past at Marble Springs! This month we are diving into all things Sourdough thanks to our friends at Briar Homestead. Create your own starter, learn the ins and outs, and get recipe cards to make your own loaves!

The program will be held in our tavern building, you do not need to bring anything, all materials are provided with your ticket. The program will begin with a short overview and instruction period.

After you mix up your starter, Aubrey will go over instructions for keeping your starter alive and how to use it in baked goods. Recipe cards for starter friendly sweets and treats will be provided as well. There will be time for questions at the end of the program.

Tickets are available for purchase here: https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/ticketing/sourdough-starter-workshop-a-hearth-and-timber-program
